If you aren’t happy with your membership, contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked!

When you sign up to become a member, you will receive an email with your membership confirmation.

We will also send you the login details for our exclusive platform where you access all your deals and discounts.

Membership is either $50 or $100 for your 1-year membership, depending on what subscription level you choose. This is charged when you sign up and can be billed automatically if you would like to keep your subscription. If you become a member, you will have access to the Save & Win Rewards Platform, and you will be automatically entered into the lottery every single week for a year, for your chance to win!

Once you sign up, you will receive an email with details to log into our Save & Win Rewards Platform. Once you have entered your details, you will be able to log in and start saving. You must be logged in to access any discounts and deals.  If you are having any trouble receiving your login details or logging into the platform, contact us and we will get you signed in so you can start saving!

When you sign up, you will automatically be entered into the Lottery Every Single Week for a year following your subscription start date. You will receive a confirmation email with your lottery entry details. You can check your membership status or ask us about your lottery entry by contacting info@loyalty.com.au .

If you’re not happy, we will cancel your membership within the first 30 days, no questions asked! If you would like to cancel your membership during this period, please contact us before 30 days have passed requesting a membership cancellation. If you cancel your membership, you will not be entered into any Lottery Draws following your cancellation and you will not be able to claim future unwon Lottery Prizes. Cancellation of your membership will also result in a forfeiting of your Save and Win Rewards Platform Login. We reserve the right to inhibit new members from signing up if they have a previously cancelled membership/s.
